Weddings

Our variety of rooms will make celebrating a wedding at the Union nothing short of unique. There are three choices for dining with intimate dining room ideal for up to 25, the dramatic Fairfax Rhodes room in the library for up to 42 or the Bar Lounge which can accommodate upwards of 50. Menus can be designed with our caterers to complement your special day and wines chosen with help from Cambridge Wine Merchants' excellent collection.

Weddings

Our large and comfortable Bar Lounge is the perfect location for your office Christmas party, or you may prefer to book our Library or Dining Room for a more intimate gathering for friends. Food and drink menus can be specially created to cater for the needs of your party. The Union is an interesting and unique location to celebrate the festive season!

Conferences

Our rates can cover all expenses for the day. Whether you'd like hot drinks and pastries on arrival, hot buffet lunches and or a sit-down evening dinner, we can organise everything for you. The Chamber is perfect for debating but also is one of the most unique lecture venues in Cambridge.

Meeting room hire

If you wish to hire one of our rooms for a meeting or presentation then it may suit your needs to hire the room alone, without any additional services.

All room booking is subject to availability and the approval of the president.
